- Orders are dispatched within 2 business days

- Delivery within 4–6 business days Australia-wide

- Free shipping on all domestic orders over $199

- Flat rate of $10 for orders under $199

- Free local pickup is available from Melbourne’s western suburbs by arrangement — simply reach out to us via Instagram to coordinate.

All orders include tracking. You’ll receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

We currently do not offer international shipping.

We offer exchanges only on items that are defective or damaged, reported within 24 hours of delivery.

- Items must be unused with packaging intact.

- Returns or refunds are not accepted for abayas that have been worn or altered.
